The Process
how to book your wedding film

You reach out
Fill out our contact form or send us a message. Tell us about your day—the date, the venue, the vibe. We'll send you our pricing and packages within 24 hours, because we believe in being totally transparent from the start. No surprises, no hidden costs.
02./
We hop on a call
If the pricing works for you, we'll schedule a consultation call (usually within 3-5 days). This is where we get to know each other. We want to hear about your wedding film vision, the style you're going for, and what moments matter most to you. We'll also go through all the packages, answer your questions, and make sure we're the right fit.
03./
You secure your wedding date
Love what you hear? We'll send over a contract and invoice. Once that's signed and your deposit is in, you're officially on our calendar. We'll send you a welcome email with next steps and what to expect as we get closer to your day.
04./
We plan together
About a month before your wedding, we'll send you a questionnaire. This is where you tell us about the special moments you don't want us to miss, like your dad seeing you for the first time, that inside joke with your best friend. We also hop on a follow-up call to go over the timeline and make sure we're all on the same page.
05./
Your wedding day
This is where the magic happens. We show up ready to capture everything. We'll be interviewing your closest people, documenting all the candid moments, and making sure we get the real stuff. The laughter, the tears, the audio that makes your film feel like home. We blend in naturally while staying connected with you throughout the day—there when you need us, giving you space when you don't.
06./
We deliver your film
After your wedding, Mason edits your film with all the care it deserves. Our turnaround time is 3-7 months. We know that feels like forever when you're excited to relive your day, but we promise it's worth the wait. When it's ready, we'll send you a digital link to download and share.
